I know first hand that when we feel a little lost, a little uncertain, maybe even a little afraid it is very difficult to just get rid of anxiety…

If you are feeling a little lost right now… I just want you to know, whist I don’t know what you are going through, I know how it feels… You, like me, are part of this human condition…

If you are ok right now… then that is amazing too… you have some space, some capacity to help… and do you know what… it’s that capacity to help that sets examples for others to aspire to…

This is our time, our time to be human… to be loved, seek support and connect again with our loved ones. To feel sadness and confusion… to be human.

Just please do not let that consume you. A big part of the human condition is the benefits to our body and mind of sharing and working with how we are feeling.

I have seen some incredibly open and honest messages on Social media. People crying out for help. We are in a space of unprecedented times… and the only way we can meet this is with unprecedented action…

To begin to meet the moment with freshness and understanding, acceptance and compassion… this is the way you will not just meet this hurdle… but every other hurdle… it means your heart is open to what is to come…

In my training, they call this the way of the spiritual warrior, and it is one of the hardest journeys we can go on…
