These classes have been designed for those that are looking at deepening their mindful/awareness practice and have completed the Foundation courses or have a regular practice.
A wonderful follow on from any completed course..
Mindfulness practice helps us to see more clearly the patterns of the mind and teaches us to stay in the present moment, rather than reliving the past or pre-living the future.
We start working with specific methods to start calming the mind, as well as moving into objectlessness, standing, walking (hopefully), awareness and others. All this under the guidance of accredited trainer, Dan Ireland.

Longer Periods of Meditation:
Push your boundaries of dealing with silence and becoming more mindful. Opening up your awareness to a heightened level through longer meditative periods.
