Accredited Teacher, Dan Ireland will be holding the class, aimed at people already practising. Free Meditation Class Jersey

Each week we will be focusing on a different form of practise, from gratitude, contemplation, embodiment, visualisation, compassion, breath, although ultimately it is time for you to explore the essence that is you!

Take 30 minutes to connect to your heart, cultivate inner peace and happiness and clarify your intention for the day. Everyone is welcome to attend these guided meditations. No previous experience is necessary.

The classe will be held at CLUB SOULGENIC, Union Street, in St Helier. Meditation Class Jerse
