Your teacher, Dan, is a Tibetan Buddhist, Psychotherapist and Emotional Intelligence lead that offers talks, courses and retreats throughout Jersey, the UK and Australia.

What will we be covering:
  • What it is and isn’t, along the formal and informal practices.
  • Using different types of anchors to stabilise our mind
  • Defining Mental health and some psycho-education (and not the psycho crazy meaning ahahaha)
  • Micro-techniques to help during the day;
  • Emotion and Thought Management
  • Acceptance, Gratitude and Compassion and the role they play.
When does it start:

11th of August (unless you are a company and we can roll it out when you would like) – 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Starting in August 11th will be a 6 week course on Mental Health training where we will explore evidence based practices.

We will be exploring incredibly important topics like self compassion, acceptance and gratitude, but without any woo woo.

With over 11 years of practice, teaching for 5 years, 10’s of thousands of hours of investment both through daily practice and retreat, I am so excited to be bringing this simple and yet potentially life changing course for you.

Now anyone can teach Mindfulness and Meditation and Breathwork, there is no formal accreditation, although I have completed courses throughout the UK, Europe and Australia to ensure I meet the global standards (outside of being a monk).

Having delivered similar courses to over 17,000 people in the last 3 years around the globe, I have learnt how to deliver the content in enjoyable and bite sized packages, which I am sure you will appreciate.

Who is this online course aimed at:
  • Any one looking to explore systematic mind training techniques like mindfulness and meditation. 
  • Those looking at ways to be less stressed, sleep better, be better round your family and work, or just keen to understand it.
