In today’s high stress, constantly changing reality, managing work, family, friends, finances, alongside the constant bombardment of warnings and alerts due to covid-19,  your own peace of mind is dependent on developing emotional resilience and coping skills. This short, virtual, live course has been put together to give you some skills to explore some of these evidence based strategies.  FREE VIRTUAL COURSE

Built by psychotherapists and leading mindfulness, breathwork and resilience experts, using the latest research, the 3 -session MasterClass is based on the understanding that well-being is a skill that can be trained, supporting reduced stress, improved relationships, increased focus, and better health.

Your training will include:
  • A 3-session live workshop featuring 30 minute sessions each week with International Facilitator or Founder of Awareful and the Growth from Trauma Centre, Dan Ireland.
  • Sessions that will explore pillars of a healthy mind: Attention (Be Present), Resilience (Feel Connected), Insight (Get Curious), and Compassion (The Key to it All).
When you have completed the course you will be able to:
  • The truth behind Mindfulness
  • Compassion & Empathy
  • Exhaustion and performance (home and work)
It is possible to develop greater resilience for the long-term, regardless of the ups and downs of life.
