This 10 week course allows practitioners to learn the foundations, and then extend the practise into using mindfulness to better manager stress and anxiety. We will cover over 15 types of meditations, allowing you to have the freedom to choose which one works best for you to continue your practice at home.

The natural progression for any Foundations attendee is to then look at extending their expirential learning through extended sitting times.

As part of the course you will be given links and scripts to continue on the practising at home.

This course is designed for those embarking on the practice of mindfulness and meditation, have tried some smart phone apps and looking at better undertsanding what they are doing or those returning to the practice.

10 Week Immersion into Meditation, Managing Stress & Anxiety

This 10 week immersion course allows practitioners to learn the foundations, and then deepen their practice with self compassion and acceptance.

The natural progression for any Foundations attendee is to then look at extending their experiential learning through extended sitting times.

Over the Foundation 5 weeks you will get an understanding of:

  • Mindfulness – The Four Foundations 
  • Mindfulness Meditations 
  • Meditations for the 21st Century – Mantra & SATANAMA Meditation
  • Metta (Loving Kindness)
  • Objectlessness
  • Meditation techniques for busy people
  • Visualisation Meditations

We also look at, as often as possible:

  • Mindful Practises for day to day use
  • Meditations you can use during the day

Developing Managing Stress & Anxiety course is an extenstion of the Foundations course and continues practises into:

  • Meditations to do at work
  • Contemplation
  • Mindfulness of Breath, Body & Mind
  • Self Compassion focused Meditations and Mindfulness activities
  • Meditations to Help with Sleep 

As part of the course you will be given links and scripts to continue on the practising at home.

This course is designed for those embarking on the practice, have tried some applications and looking at better undertsanding what they are doing or those returning to the practice.
