  • An Email Every 3 Days to keep you motivated, with tips and video clips from some of the worlds leading teachers.
  • Access to 10 Mindful Meditations to Practise over the month
  • 10 Mindful activities such as walking, eating & communicating
  • Group Page for Hints and tips, experience sharing, as well as links for the practise
  • A live meditation evening where we will be sitting for a Breath & Body meditation with an opportunity for Q&A at the end
