This 5 weeks together will give you a foundation, the science and the confidence to build and understand how fuzy logic can be implemented into anyone with ADHD, ADD or an over thinker that is genuinely interested in tools and techniques for better self management.
Sooooo…. Let’s get to thickening that pre-frontal cortex and creating new connections in the brain!
I don’t regurgitate information in a soft voice – I am honest and real. I don’t preach that this will make life perfect, in fact nothing is perfect, and the sooner we can accept that the better. This course is totally realistic and super practical. Learn the fundamentals of mindfulness with a good dose of laughter, wonderful insights, and honesty. The evidence says that how men and women’s minds with regards to ADHD and ADD are symptomatically different. So Fuzy Logic for men is to explore the common symptoms and look at evidence based strategies, solution focused techniques, at better self-management.
You want to make a difference, you know you need something to change, you want to form a new and positive habit, so take your time, invest in yourself, give it some attention. We so easily spend money on quick fixes but rarely do we truly invest in ourselves. Practice makes a practice!

It has helped me realise that I can witness my thoughts and feelings without being completely consumed by them. It has allowed me to enjoy the present moments of life even when times are tough. It’s like a light bulb going off in your mind, things start to make sense. It is the practice of paying attention and removing judgement. It doesn’t require hours and hours of your day, and mindful living is about all the small things you can do mindfully every day. Fuzy Logic is awareness. This is a return to something that we already know how to do, it’s not another thing to add to your to do list. Meditation is a habit that we also what to introduce, in a compassionate way, not as a tough task to get through.
