This 5 week program is for those keen on exploring Mind Training Techniques to better manager our mental health and perform at our peak at work and home. For Managing Stress, Anxiety & Peak Performance

For Managing Stress, Anxiety and Peak Performance is a meticulously crafted program designed to enhance  well-being and engagement, and equip participants with the tools to help address stress, anxiety, potentially burn out and peak performance.

Your training will include:
  • 5-week focused workshops featuring 75 minute sessions each week with International Facilitator and Founder of Awareful, Mindful Gold Coast and The GFTC, Dan Ireland.
  • Sessions that will explore the four pillars of a healthy mind: Attention (Be Present), Resilience (Feel Connected), Insight (Get Curious), and Compassion (The Key to it All).
  • Opportunities to connect with your fellow students, access to hundreds of hours of meditations and videos to support your practice
  • Opportunity for extra one-on-one coaching sessions at a reduced rate ($70 for up to an hour)

Internationally accredited trainer, Daniel Ireland, will gradually guide you through a wide range of different tools and techniques.For Managing Stress, Anxiety & Peak Performance

Researchers from Johns Hopkins University sifted through over 18,000 studies and concluded that its best use was for anxiety, depression, and pain management.

As part of the course you will be given links and scripts to continue on the practising at home as well as a group page for weekly hints tips and advice from the teacher.For Managing Stress, Anxiety & Peak Performance

What Experience do I need?

None whatsoever – whether you have tried it before or completely new to any mind training practices, you will find the course simple, enjoyable and practical.

 

We will discuss the week that has gone, what meditations you have used, what worked, and what didn’t.

By the end of the course, you will feel more confident in evidence based tools and techniques for managing stress and anxiety.

You will be required to do some home practice, so come prepared : ) Mindful Path through Stress and Anxiety

#Kate Dan was excellent in providing a range of tools and techniques to be fully present and was very supportive when we discussed challenges we were experiencing with the formal practice. Dan was very welcoming, happy to be approached with questions and was accepting of us in our journey to being able to capture the moment.

Dan was amazing, I couldn’t think of anyway he could support the course attenders more. Dan was happy to provide the meditation solutions on a different platform when I stated I could not access drop box. I would (and already have) recommend this course to anyone wanting to develop their learning and experience in mindfulness.
