Mindfulness Meditations (formal & informal)
Mindfulness practice helps us to see more clearly the patterns of the mind and teaches us to stay in the present moment, rather than reliving the past or pre-living the future.
The practise will include:
Somatic, Sitting with compassion, Metta Group format, Walking, Objectlesness with others.
Get a greater understanding in a group format of some of the most amazing and engaging meditations completed daily, globally by millions.
Longer Periods of Meditation: We will be sitting for meditations 20mins +
Push your boundaries of dealing with silence and becoming more mindful. Opening up your awareness to a heightened level through longer meditative periods.
