Starting in April will be a short online course on Managing Fear through Meditation.

At the end of the course will be an online gathering for meditation and short discussion.

With the rise of the coronavirus and the issues the anxiety we begin to feel about our loved ones, our selves and our colleagues and the world itself, this short course is an opportunity for some reflection, recognition and easing of our anxiety…

Who is this online course aimed at:
  • Any one meditating and looking at exploring emotion through meditation
  • Anyone looking at ways meditation can ease our concerns
  • Those looking at understanding how stillness practices can offer respite in times of confusion.
How will the course be set up:
  • The course is 4 weeks long
  • You will receive a video and meditation to engage with twice a week
  • There will be a forum set up for questions and discussion opportunities.
  • There will be a group meditation at the end of the course
