There will also be a week break at week 3 where there will be a 5 day of Focus opportunity with a email sent every morning giving you an area of Focus. This practise really helps bring it to life.

As an Emotional Intelligence Coach, offering bespoke training for employess and executives alike, this course has been put together to offer participants the opportunity to understand the connection between emotional intelligence and mindfulness/meditation.
“Mindfulness is the foundation of emotional intelligence,” meditation teacher Mark Coleman said.
Dan Goleman’s model of Emotional Intelligence (of which we will be looking into over the course) there are 4 domains:
1) Self-Management 2)Social Awareness 3) Relationship Management 4) Self-Awareness
Taken from over 6000 studies on Mindfulness, from which 60 were key, Goleman found that people who have self-awareness (which is what Mindfulness builds) are able to cultivate other strengths. People who lack it cannot.
