On understanding the Foundations of the Practise of Mindfulness, we begin to open up to True Awareness, the realisation of the hear and now.
In this course we will deepen our understanding on the practise to develop and enhance our awareness, self compassion and self acceptance. We will also be looking at ways to use meditation to grow through acceptance of who we truly are, incomparable.
Research shows that the more we practice bringing ourselves back to this moment, focusing our thoughts on being kind and compassionate with ourselves, either using informal practices such as the Self-Compassion Breaks, or formal meditation practices such as Breathing Space, Awareness or Yoga Nidra – the more we’ll increase the habit of creating the space to live in each moment.

In this course we will deepen our understanding on the practise to develop and enhance our awareness, self compassion and self acceptance. We will also be looking at ways to use meditation to grow through acceptance of who we truly are, incomparable.

Mindfulness Meditations (formal & informal)
Mindfulness practice helps us to see more clearly the patterns of the mind and teaches us to stay in the present moment, rather than reliving the past or pre-living the future.
Over the course we will revisit some sat in Foundations and lengthen our formal practise. This lengthening of our practise helps us take a more focused view of our thoughts, feelings and life in general. It gives more space to understand it a little better.
