The Lunchtime Course will help discover new ways of relating to yourself and teach skills you can practice in your daily lives.
Recent research has shown that the more we practice being kind and compassionate with ourselves, either using informal or formal meditation practices, the more we’ll increase the habit of self-compassion
Mindfulness practice helps us to see more clearly the patterns of the mind and teaches us to stay in the present moment, rather than reliving the past or pre-living the future.

Science has shown that regular bursts of mindfulness will improve productivity and reduce stress levels. In fact there are many many articles that prove the benefits of meditation of mindfulness and meditation.
