In this short course we will introduce the concept of compassion and the cultivation of self compassion. Introduction to Self Compassion
We will be using Meditation and Mindfulness techniques to develop self compassion and self acceptance. There will be practises to continue on your practise at home.
Research shows that the more we practice being kind and compassionate with ourselves, either using informal practices such as the Self-Compassion Break, or formal meditation practices such as Affectionate Breathing – the more we’ll increase the habit of self-compassion.
